IAAI Non-Enhanced Chapter Test Submission Form

Please fill out the form completely to submit your Chapter's request for setting up testing and certificate in CFITrainer.
IAAI International will create tests and certificates for Non Enhanced Chapters as part of the registration set up ($425 for registration/testing/certificte Non-Enhanced Chapters).

If IAAI International has already managed your event registration, there is no additional fee to set up the test and certificate.

If a Non-Enhanced Chapter wants to set up testing/certificate only (no registration), the cost is $175 (1-25 questions) or $300 (26-100 questions). This includes:
- Uploading up to 100 questions for the final exam.
- Creating and sending pins for distribution to the class to login to CFITrainer.com
- Creating one unique class certificate (with Chapter logo, class identifiers, date, President name, Training Chair name).
At the end of your training, students take their exam online at CFITrainer.net and can print their certificate. A permanent record of the training is recorded on CFITrainer.net and available for future reference in each participant's transcripts. A final exam list and results report is available to the Chapter.

To submit your test questions and certificate information:
- Please submit test questions and information on your certificate at least 14 days in advance of your testing date.
- Please allow up to five business days for IAAI International to complete the posting (provided that all information is provided).

IMPORTANT:
- It is not necessary to number questions; CFITrainer will number them.
- Do not include numbers/letters for your answer bank. CFITrainer will assign them.
- List each question, followed by up to six possible answers (CFITrainer cannot accommodate more than six options) and indicate the correct answer.
